Strong
Wise
Kind
Exploring technology, systems, creativity and life while becoming stronger, wiser and kinder.
I've spent most of my life riding transitions at the front of the wave.
From early digital media and visual effects, to cloud, automation, software and now AI, I've always been drawn toward the edges where things are changing and new possibilities begin to emerge.
For a long time that meant building systems for other people.
Creative pipelines. Technical teams. Workflow architecture. Software strategy. The invisible structures that let people make more than they could make alone.
But somewhere along the way I realised something.
The biggest transitions weren't only happening in technology.
They were happening in me.
Becoming a parent made me realise my shape needed to become fuller. I wanted to become a better partner, a better role model, and allow myself to feel ambition in places I had written off.
Not because I wanted to become someone else.
Because I realised there was more of me available.
Not a Definition
Strong Wise Kind is not one fixed idea.
There is no universal definition and no finish line.
Strong
Sometimes strength is courage. Sometimes it is restraint. Sometimes it is boundaries. Sometimes it is vulnerability. Sometimes it is simply taking the next honest step.
Wise
Sometimes wisdom is systems thinking. Sometimes it is lived experience. Sometimes it is curiosity. Sometimes it is knowing when to stop talking and listen.
Kind
Sometimes kindness is softness. Sometimes it is truth. Sometimes it is generosity. Sometimes it is refusing to let someone stay smaller than they are.
These aren't traits to perform.
They're directions.
A compass rather than a destination.
What I Write About
Technology is part of this. AI is part of this. Systems are part of this.
But so are creativity, relationships, meaning, identity, ambition, boundaries, attention and the hidden structures underneath our lives.
I'm interested in the thing beneath the thing.
The system beneath the tool. The story beneath the culture. The human beneath the interface. The capacity beneath the fear.
I write about ideas.
I build things.
I learn publicly.
And I hope to increase the size of what people think is possible — including myself.
Writing
Exploring
New spaces. New ideas. New capabilities. New experiences.
I spent decades building external systems. I'm now intentionally entering unfamiliar environments and exposing myself to things I haven't yet grown into.
Future
Projects, collaborations, experiments and ideas still taking shape will eventually live here.
Not everything needs to exist before it can have a place waiting for it.
